Raiffeisenbank were looking for a way to promote and encourage people to use mobile payments and strenghten good habbits related to banking safety. They asked for a long animted explainer helping communicate this.
Instead of following what was asked for, we looked at the problem and came up with a different solution. Instead of doing a long boring explainer video, we came up with a concept of a social media campaign consiting of a series of short, catchy and funny videos, that point to a minisite providing more information about the topic.
We choose to go a bit overboard and instead of doinga usual corporate style videos, we came up with a bunch of pun-filled joky videos that are funny and short enough to catch attention and get the viewers to look at the whole thing and possibly share and identify themselves with the situation.
